Brought my 1999 Subaru Legacy for an engine pull and full reseal as the oil leaks had started driving me crazy and the slick outside my house was getting embarrassingly large. They performed the inspection same-day and gave me a rough estimate of what the total cost would be. Anytime another issue was found they'd call, let me know, and ask if I wanted to proceed with that repair. Very communicative, very concerned with quality service, and very quick! Only took a week from inspection to completed repair, and the work came out $500 under budget! I'll definitely be back!

Went in for a smog check which was done very quickly. During the smog check evidence of rodents was found. This problem was cleaned and a deterrent was applied. Everything was taken care of quickly and the price was very fair.

Ricky and the team at 10-4 took great care of me. I limped in to town in my sprinter van making all kinds of very bad noises from the secondary alternator and 10-4 bypassed it for me so I can make the 5 day drive back to Florida. Definitely not a standard request but the price was more than fair and the service was super quick. Thank you 10-4!!

Found Ten Four Auto Repair Center through AAA after chasing an EGR issue on my 2022 Ram 1500 (3.6L eTorque) for months. Ricky diagnosed the problem the same day, explained everything clearly, and was spot-on. They replaced the EGR cooler, handled intake/EGR cleaning, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and more while everything was already apart—no pressure, just honest advice. I had been dealing with an issue on my truck for months and tried diagnosing and fixing it myself, but these newer trucks are just too complicated (and cramped) to keep tearing into at home. I’ve got a 2022 Ram 1500 3.6L V6 with eTorque—which sounds new, but with 153,000 miles I drive it a lot. I narrowed the problem down to the EGR system and replaced the EGR valve myself, but the issue didn’t go away. After more research, I realized the EGR cooler and tube were likely the real problem, and that was more than I wanted to take on. I used the AAA website to find a certified shop and came across Ten Four Auto Repair Center. I stopped by late afternoon, explained everything I had already done, and left the truck with them to diagnose. Ricky was very friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly. To my surprise, he called me the same day with a diagnosis and a repair quote. What really stood out was that he walked me through some optional items that could be addressed while everything was already apart—and explained why it would save labor in the long run. No pressure at all. Honestly, their diagnosis lined up perfectly with what I was expecting. The “optional” items he mentioned were things I already knew needed attention but had been putting off. He was absolutely right—it made sense to do them now. The work they performed included: Replacing the EGR cooler (common issue on these engines) Cleaning the EGR system and intake ports Walnut shell cleaning to remove heavy carbon buildup Spark plugs (you have to remove the entire intake on these) Valve cover gasket replacement (they were leaking) Transmission fluid service Looking over the work, everything appears top‑notch, and the truck is running noticeably better. They had it ready in a couple of days, and communication throughout was open, upfront, and professional. No high‑pressure sales, no surprises. The work itself isn’t cheap—but when you break it down, the pricing was fair and in line with the scope of work, especially considering the quality and the fact that it was done right. I’d definitely recommend Ten Four Auto Repair Center. They took great care of both me and my truck, and I won’t hesitate to bring it back when I need work done again.
